AL-EMS consists of frequency conversion power and induction stirrer. Frequency converter could change AC. with 50/60Hz into low frequency electric power with 0.8°3.5Hz in 2 phases or 3 phases. The currents through the stirrer windings generate a traveling magnetic filed, which penetrates stainless steel window and furnace lining and thereby generates a force to push the melt moving regularly, then the purpose of stirring realized. Change voltage, frequency and phase, you could change stirring force and direction.
