The function of EMP is to transport molten metal to flow through a closed pipework system in twin chamber furnace or several-chamber furnace by electromagnetic force, so it especially adapts to use for aluminium recycling. EMP transports molten metal from heating chamber (melting chamber) to waste chamber In this sense, plants heat aluminium waste indirectly in order to boost practical income. In other words, EMP forces aluminium foil and big area aluminium waste to the bottom of the molten metal quickly, thereby decreasing losing.
EMP consists of electromagnetic pump principal part, control system and cooling water system.
